Hot 

Available at our Mayfield Common location, our hot yoga class is perfect to help flush out toxins and help you warm up those muscles.  Hot yoga sessions work on increasing your flexibility and strength while improving you’re breathing and stimulating the mind.

 

Flow

Flow includes the same benefits as a traditional Hatha classes (variety, stretch, strength, alignment and stimulation) with the added component of Sun Salutations. Sun Salutations, (or flow), involve strength and stamina for the upper body, shoulders and spine as well as stimulation for the nervous system. This class is suitable for those wanting to maintain or deepen their flow practice and for those wanting to build flow into their practice while including the variety Hatha provides.

Hatha

A balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principals. Mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of class. This style of yoga provides a great stretch and strengthens the body.

Yin Yoga

Yoga as it is generally known in the west today is physically demanding, emphasizing muscular movement and a quick pace. Sometimes referred to as Yang, this style of practice is only a small slice of what yoga has to offer. Step into a Yin practice to nurture yourself with long holds and slow movement. Targeting deeper connective tissues, restorative poses are explored for several minutes at a time and encourage the practitioner to become more familiar with meditative aspects of the practice. This practice is supported by the use of props and is suitable for all levels.
