Last January, I decided to join World Health and get a trainer so that I could be held accountable to my weight loss goals After working out with Angela for 6 months, I have lost weight and maintained it! My energy levels have improved and I am now excited about working out.

I have been extremely pleased with the results Angie has helped me achieve.  She is a great trainer and has taught me so many things about used different training techniques, healthy eating and especially to achieve my goals.
