As a computer programmer I used to neglect my physical health; I felt unfullfilled and hopeless. When I met Andrew, he recognized what I was missing and he introduced me to his philosophy about movement… immediately I was hooked. The combination of his passion and his uncompromising commitment are what truly helped me get through the first few steps. As I went from 10 push-ups to 100 push-ups he always encouraged me to go further and it always worked. I honestly can’t believe how far I’ve come and I feel a sense of confidence that I’ve never felt before.
