Trainer: Erin Stephenson
Prior to working with Erin, I avoided the gym for any reason that I could dream up. I was either too tired or had something else that I thought was more important. I now look forward to all my workouts and ensure they take as high a priority as possible. With my busy schedule I appreciate the efficiency of my sessions and it’s a great way to finish off a stressful day.
My results include increased endurance, decrease in waist size, a better quality of sleep and an overall improvement in wellness.
