I was bouncing back from a car accident that damaged me physically and mentally,  it was at that point I made the simple goal to keep my weight down and strengthen the muscles around my knee to protect it.

Thanks to Kyle’s dedication and patience I have well surpassed my initial goal. Props to Kyle for meeting me at the gym at 6:30 am three times a week to coach me and motivate me to be the best I can be. Kyle is one the rare people in the world that are in love with their career and it shows.

I am the strongest mentally and physically that I have ever been.
