About five years ago, I began my fitness journey with Nicoline.  Not only did she guide and support me as I achieved my weight loss goals, but once I had reached my goals, she continued to provide a training program to maintain my newfound health and fitness.  During this process, her enthusiastic passion for fitness has positively affected my outlook on health for myself and my family, as we now consider active living a vital part of daily life.

The group classes are also a fun way to meet other people and enjoy exercise in a social environment.  Instructors come to class with energy and openness, often asking for feedback or new ideas for classes or schedules.  The gym introduces new exercise trends regularly, acts on member suggestions, and is an inviting place to visit.  Getting to the gym is a positive and important part of my day!
