Booty Bootcamp is an 8-week program working on overcoming the most common issues preventing you from building a better booty.

  • Not lifting heavy enough
  • Not enough rest (too many circuits)
  • Lack of structure
  • No Focus on progressive overload
  • Using incorrect form

The program will work on overcoming all challenges while tracking your progress to ensure you are seeing results. The exercises will change every few weeks to ensure it stays fun, but also maintains the structure that is needed.
