We are now pleased to offer nutritional support to all of our members through a Personal Nutritional Consultation. During the consultation you will work with one of our expert coaches on finding out your greatest sticking points or road blocks. You focus on what works for you through a simplified plan that is customized for you.
Our Nutrition Coaches are available to support you with our habit based nutrition coaching program where we will focus on:
- Nutrition coaching that will help you create healthy habits
- Focusing on small changes that equal big results
- Providing a supportive environment to help you reach your health goals
- Learning how to eat mindfully
The key to sustainable change is slow and steady steps that work towards developing new healthy habits. We are here to help you achieve your health goals!
The structure behind our program is to use Fresh Fit Foods alongside a Nutrition Coach to help our clients practice and perfect good nutrition and healthy habits. If you develop a habit of healthy nutrition that habit will be with you for the rest of your life.

In order to hire and maintain the top trainers in the industry, we need to invest time in both their initial and ongoing development. World Health has invested in one of the most extensive continuing education programs in the nation. Our trainers are required to attend 45 hours of continuing education courses within their first 90 days just to maintain employment.
Similar to other professional industries, we have continuing education requirements our trainers need to meet yearly to maintain their employment.
We have set this continuing education program in place because we hold our Trainers to such a high standard, in order to ensure that you receive the very best Personal Training experience possible.
