PERSONAL TRAINING
At World Health we strive to have the most educated trainers in Canada. All trainers are all nationally certified, a significant amount have completed a University degree or diploma.

To maintain standard, we also invest time in both their initial and ongoing development. World Health has invested in one of the most extensive continuing education programs in the nation.

We believe that this sets our Personal Trainers apart from all others in the industry. 

TEAM45
We decided to create Team45 – World Health’s Signature Small Group Personal Training Program to support members  who join, run on the treadmill for 30 days, don’t get the results they are looking for, get discouraged – and eventually decide to quit.

What we’re finding is that our members who join Team45 are more motivated, consistent and actually ENJOY exercise when including these workouts, just 1x time per week. Ultimately, it provides structure, consistency, & programming for a very affordable price – $20/session

NUTRITION
Focus on what works for you through a simplified plan that is customized for you. Good nutrition is often the missing building block when it comes to achieving your health goals. Many feel overwhelmed with the amount of nutrition information that is available.

Our Nutrition Coaches are available to support you with our habit based nutrition coaching program.
