Enrol in a 24 session Personal Training package and join the 12-week challenge. One-on-one or small-group Personal Training options available. Weekly assessment to ensure results and progress. Limited to the first 50 participants per club. Deadline to enrol is Apr 30.

The Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines states, “Adults require 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic activity plus a minimum of two resistance training sessions per week.”
