The heat will be sure to rise in FIRE with these classic movement pattern burning away tons of calories. Fire’s unique approach to group exercise is suitable for all fitness levels so come experience your best and find your FIRE within.
lift-classes Lift – Your way to the next level. This new and exciting program takes the traditional barbell/dumbell class to new heights. LIFT focuses on the mutiple energy systems used in exercise, varying what exercises will be performed, and provides mobility skills, stability drills, and core work.
rush-classes Rush – A workout made up of timed drills that challenge your speed, agility,strength, and endurance. At your own single station, Rush incorporates multi-joint movements, the energy track and legendary core exercises to maximize results. Many options are demonstrated during each RUSH class to help you achieve the safst, most efficient, and effective cross-fitness training workout possible. Have you experienced the RUSH?
rev-classes Revs  A stationary cycling class that combines rhythmic control training, with popular athletic drills! This dynamic workout uses rhythmic training as active aerobic recovery drills, while capitalzing on the intensity of athletic performance drills. This interval-style workout provides the foundations to establish the appropriate workload and recovery periods related to heart rate training. REVS is a 45 minute workout. REVS PLUS is an hour workout.
tko-classes TKO  Feel the power of a workout that’s no too technical. Athletic cardio and strength conditioning incorporated into individual stations placed in a circular pattern around the studio. Participants will travel from one station to the other throughout the class to get a total body workout. Don’t forget the opportunity to unleash the boxer within at the focus pads station.
