Strength

LIFT
This is your freestyle, full body, weight lifting routine. You will train all the major and minor muscles of the body in this action packed 1-hour workout. Your coach will help you through the routine, show you proper technique, and help you get your results faster.
Group Power
Group Power combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this the dynamic and motivational music, and it’s simply the most fun you’ll have strength training.
Absolution
Whether your goal is stability or appearance, Absolution can help you achieve it. This call will help you chisel your core and ignite your metabolism. It’s a challenging 30 minutes packed with exercises that will build your abdominal muscles and enhance total-body performance.
Booty WRX
Are you ready to rock your lower body? This 30-minute workout will focus on tightening your core and sculpting your glutes, so get ready for the squats.
Group Core
Group Core strengthens everything from your shoulders to your hips to make you stronger, quicker, and faster in all you do. In addition, strengthening your core can reduce back pain and give you great looking abs! It’s quick, challenging, and like nothing else.
Barre
Barre is a low impact, ballet-inspired workout that effortlessly fuses pilates, aerobics, and yoga. Barre sculpts, defines, and transforms the entire physique while simultaneously increasing flexibility, decreasing body fat, and slimming the body’s overall shape.
P90X Live
P90X Live is a total-body workout that will keep your body guessing – and transforming – with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work. Work it all at once.

Active Regeneration

Yoga
Through working with the physical body in different postures you will release tensions and traumas stored in the body and create space within yourself. We also offer Hot Yoga, available only at our Mayfield location.
Group Centergy
Group Centergy is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength. It puts back all that we take out and really centers your energy. It’s an ideal workout of choice, or you can add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body.

Cycling

Group Ride
Group Ride is a fantastic way to improve your cardio fitness, burn calories, shape and strengthen your lower body, and have fun while doing it! Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for all ages whether you are just starting out or are an avid cyclist looking to train indoors.
Cycle 30, 45, 60
There’s no better way to amp up your cardio and get your lower body in shape than a Cycle class. Work on your fitness and burn calories as you listen to great tunes while doing it! This workout gives you the ability to switch up the intensity, making it the perfect workout for different experience levels.

Group Active
Group Active is perfect for the super busy and super fit who need to get it all in at once – cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. This is also an ideal class for those who are new to exercise or have not exercised in a long time.
Group Blast
Group Blast is a great cardio alternative to walking, running, or stair climbing because you will do it all: walk, jog, run, jump, plyometrics, balance drills, lateral drills, and quickness drills – all on and off the STEP – to exciting energetic music. With the many exercise options and the adjustability of the STEP, intensity is easily managed so anyone, from new to exercise to an athlete in training, will feel successful.

Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It’s explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience while also strengthening the entire body. It’s a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Group Groove
Group Groove is great for those that might think exercise is a bit too serious and prefer to smile, scream, and sweat their way to getting fitter and healthier. If you always tap your foot or wiggle your hips when you hear music, or if you want your hour of exercise to fly by, well then, Group Groove is for you!
Dance Fusion
Dance Fusion is a workout where fun meets fitness. It’s exciting, grooving with a professional dancer that encourages you to express and enjoy yourself to the best music. You will experience the styles Pop, Hip Hop, Bellydance, Reggae and African. Keep the temperature rising with Dance Fusion.
Learn to Dance
Learn how to dance to the latest pop and top 40 music. Each week you will learn new choreography while bringing out your inner dancer.
